Play-Off Had to Decide Konopiště CUP

Dramatic finals faced spectators of Czech PGA Tour's first tournament. Three players attained -4 score after 36 holes of Konopiště CUP held in beautifully prepared course at Konopiště (d'Este Course). First man out was last year's winner Czech Martin Příhoda. After 4 holes of play-off was Swedish Carl Jismark happy.

Martin Příhoda gave us the comment: "I have to be satisfied. Three-putt was unlacky but I did not expect such result at the beginning of the season at all"

Last men standing were Polish Ossowski and Swedish Jismark. Lucky one (Jismark) commented: "Play-off was pretty tough, both we played well. At the end I was more happy. I feel good and really enjoy it. There bad weather at Sweden these days - that's why I decided to come. And you see, it was very clever decision!" Jismark added.

The best woman in field, Czech Šideri Váňová, improved by 12 strokes since yesterday. Today she scored -4 which brought her 21st place. "I felt well since morning. First 9 holes were demanding, later I started to attack and I did it" sympathic young player said.

Next tournament of Gecko Swing of Czech PGA Tour is held since Wednesday Apr. 15th (PRO-AM) at Black Bridge GC in Prague. Prize money fund is again Eur 10.000,-
