Ypsilon Cup by CzechOne - Day 2 - German Staben on TOP
Since second day Ypsilon Golf Course showed all their beauties with much better weather. Majority of players brought better scores than in 1st day of Ypsilon Cup by CzechOne. Top position in leaderboard took German Benedict Staben (-5) followed by Julien Greisser (F), Luca Galliano (CH) and Maximilian Laier (D) with -4.
Behind those shooters hard fight for 40 places in cut ran. Finally the cut made everyone scoring +5 and better, including 4 Czechs. The "Score of the Day" brought Swiss Galliano writing 64 (-8). This is not common here and everyone is curious about his final day.
The best Czech after Day 1 Ondřej Lieser only murmured "Six three-putts"... Lieser, together with Filip Mrůzek and Martin Příhoda had to wait until the very evening to know whether they made the cut or not. Finally they were happy, together with Stanislav Matuš scoring +4. Matuš commented: "There is no reason to talk about yesterday. It was horrible (76). Today the golf was much more pleasant and simple. The only hit where I lost were putts. It was necessary to learn how the grass on greens is cut and tune putts according to it. I have to be careful tomorrow again".
Ypsilon Cup by CzechOne is played for Eur 30.000,- eur and the Final day comes tomorrow.
