Kaskada Winner - Lukáš Tintěra

The weather today was very windy today during the second day of OPEN Cascade Cup of Golf series Czech PGA Tour 2014. In a cool, sunny, but extremely windy day over nearly seven dozens of golf pros from eight countries played the final day.

The best scoring players today were Stanislav Matuš and Jiří Němeček with 71.

The overall winner, after the strong battle became Lukáš Tintěra with a score of -2 after two days. Winning Tintěra benefited especially from the consistent application of his game strategy and complained solely on the wind. "I was  kicked up with birdie on the seventeenth hole, I got Ondrej Lieser under pressure and could be at peace. Heavy adrenaline.." Conclusion the tournament brought an attack of Ondrej Lieser, who even tried to score on a difficult 18th hole. Unfortunately, his plan failed with the wind, drive ended up in thick vegetation in the water hazard and Ondrej lost two shots there. Final one-putt bogey could merely improve his mood, but nothing more.

The most exotic player was Daanyal Spalding of Pakistan, member of Daniel Brundle marketing team. Today he  brought a 79 and did not hide his frustration with the game and wind. After the training day (sunny, no wind, 22 degrees ) felt himself for much better result.

The best foreign player was Hungarian Roland Hahn: "I struggled with the wind today and rain yeasterday. I was good at hitting fairways and also putting was fine these days.

Next tournament of Czech PGA Tour 2014 will be held at Skalica, Slovakia since Saturday, May 10th.
