Lieser Scored the Record of Prague City Golf Venue - 63!
First after the Day 1, First BY FAR even after Day 2 - Ondřej Lieser scored -9 today. The record so far was -7 from white tees.
After this marvelous performance Lieser said: "Today it was my day. I missed only one fairway and two greens in regulation. I scored -5 on PAR5 holes. I made two long-distance putts aiming to approach the hole and to avoid three-putt."
On the other places, facing the gap of (at least) 9 strokes, are Petr Gál (-4 totally) and T3 are Cafourek (CZ), Laier (D) and Steiner (A), all of them -2. The first place seems to be already decided and during tomorrow's final day players will compete merely for 2nd and other places, promoter thinks.
TOP Mover of a day was British Liam Robinson (winner of Race to Irish Challenge of CzechOne Tour this summer) - he moved upwards by 34 places. Miss Golf 2015, Ms Edita Urbanová played from the same tees as gentlemen, sympathic performance did not allow her to leave the bottom position but she gained the respect of all players.
Only 6 players are bellow par after Day 2. 19 out of 40 "cut-maders" are foreigners.
Ranking after Day 2:
- Lieser 131 (-13)
